2nd Annual ZMC Foundation Golf Tournament
We are thrilled to share the success of this year’s ZMC Foundation Golf Tournament – a beautiful day filled with energy, camaraderie, and good times for the almost 100 participants! There were also heartfelt stories of Zachary being shared, bringing both laughter and some tears. It was truly a special and memorable day.
Thanks to the success of the tournament, The ZMC Foundation is now better positioned to fulfill our mission of “helping the youth of Shippensburg participate in organized team sports.” We’re proud to announce that as a direct result of the event, we will be able to cover registration fees for many more young athletes who otherwise might not have had the opportunity to play. In the couple of weeks following the tournament, we have received nearly 25 requests for assistance from families, reflecting both the need for, and the impact of, our work. The momentum is growing, and so is our ability to make a difference!
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the sponsors, golfers, silent auction and raffle donors, as well as the volunteers – everyone’s support made this event possible. A special shoutout to Shawn and the entire staff at Eagle’s Crossing Golf Club for their expertise and dedication, which once again ensured the day ran smoothly.
Looking ahead, we’ve decided to move the tournament back one weekend to avoid overlapping with graduation and Mother’s Day. Mark your calendar now – May 2, 2026, for The ZMC Foundation’s 3rd Annual ZMC Foundation Golf Tournament!
